One of the stops on the ASAP Summer Road Show is at Duke University. The school is an American treasure. Athletics has been a mainstay at Duke for over 100 years and their football squad is currently coached by David Cutcliffe who is known as a great offensiove mind. Coach "Cut" was one of the featured football analysts during last year's college football national championship with Alabama defeating Auburn in overtime. 

When Cutcliffe was offered the coaching job at Duke in 2007, he called on Noel Durfey to direct the strength and conditioning program for the Duke Blue Devils. In this ASAP Podcast, Noel and I discussed that big day and some strength training topics as well.
