The ASAP Road Show was at it again. This time we ventured down to Raleigh, North Carolina to talk to the NCSU Director of Strength & Conditioning for Olympic Sports, Nate Brookreson. We also had a chance to conduct this podcast with Craig Turner, who is originally from Oldham, England. He holds both his BS (Hons) in science and football, as well as a PhD (an investigation into the sleeping patterns of youth soccer players during the competitive season) from Liverpool John Moores University, UK. Additionally, Craig is a certified strength & conditioning coach (NSCA), a BASES accredited sport & exercise scientist.
